The whistleblower system gives employees the opportunity to report certain serious breaches of the law anonymously. This enables Talanx to take action and avoid further damage. In addition, information on violations of the law and legal regulations can also be submitted to the Compliance Officers of Talanx and the business units.
Here you can access the BKMS® whistleblower system, which can be used to report fraud, incorrect bookkeeping/accounting, corruption, breach of trust, competition and antitrust offenses, violations of insider regulations, violations of embargo regulations and market manipulation. Violations can be reported completely anonymously; it is then not possible to trace them back to the whistleblower.
