BVI Code of Conduct

The BVI (Bundesverband Investment und Asset Management e.V.) Code of Conduct sets out voluntary standards that go beyond the statutory obligations of capital management companies to protect investors and the markets. These standards take account of the fiduciary relationship between the capital management company and the investor, which places particularly high demands on conduct towards investors.
In addition to the statutory requirements and regulations, Ampega Investment GmbH, as a member of the BVI, undertakes to comply with the BVI Code of Conduct, which was established in 2003, on its own responsibility and in an appropriate manner. The current BVI Code of Conduct is available on the BVI website or via the following link(2019_07_BVI_Wohlverhaltensregeln.pdf).

Investor information - Turnover rate and associated transaction costs in Ampega mutual funds

Ampega has established suitable procedures for the mutual funds it manages in order to avoid undue detriment to investors' interests through transaction costs, particularly in the context of excessive turnover rates.
The primary objective of index-tracking funds is to replicate an index. The frequency and scope of transactions in the respective fund is therefore determined by the index to be replicated.
For the actively managed investment funds, the company regularly determines the turnover rate of each investment fund. When a defined limit is reached, an escalation and consultation with the fund manager takes place. Continuous monitoring is ensured by the company's Investment Controlling department.
