Over the course of 18 months, you will gain insights into various areas of asset management and benefit from both professional and personalized development opportunities.

Your profile and program schedule

  • You have successfully completed your master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, law, physics, business informatics, or a related field
  • You want to gain practical experience, are looking for new challenges, and enjoy varied tasks using agile methods
  • You are motivated to take on responsibility and actively shape future developments

  • Program duration of 18 months
  • Systematic preparation for the target position in the desired department
  • Skill development through on-the-job training, job shadowing, specialized continuing education, and targeted soft skills development
  • Ongoing mentoring to support individual development
  • Strong focus on personal development and the expansion of keycompetencies
  • Independent selection of rotations in consultation with mentors and Human Resources - based on individual strengths and development goals

The selection process

Online application via job portal

You send us your application (CV, most recent references) online and tell us a bit about yourself so that we can get to know you.

Check your documents

We will check your application carefully to get the best possible picture of you.

First acquaintance

We will suggest an appointment for an initial meeting. This can take place in person or by video. The aim: to find out whether we are a good match.

Assessment center

At the assessment center, we evaluate whether there is a good mutual fit. This is your opportunity to demonstrate your professional expertise and technical knowledge.

Contract offer

If we are a good match, we will send you a contract offer and nothing will stand in the way of you starting with us.
